Experienced businessman for more than 30 years, is the current Legal Representative of the Company who has extensive experience in Business Management in the sector due to his extensive international relationship with which he has.During the last ten years, as an executive of several companies in the mining and/or oil sector, he has been able to conclude various association and public-private association contracts with states and governments in the region.
His great management capacity has allowed many interested foreign companies to achieve favorable results both in the field of productive investment and in the health sector with various high-quality works that today provide services to the community. His business experience in commerce and others have allowed him to become today the fundamental pillar of the organization.
Dr. Eng. Rodolfo Villalba Peñarrieta

By profession an Economist with a specialty in “Business Strategy”, “Maritime Transport Administration and Port Management” as well as “Master in Gas Management” studies that were carried out in prestigious universities in the region.
His contribution to LNG projects has been widely recognized for his expertise in port operations. He has recently led a privately financed cryogenic gas storage project in Puerto Busch. In the last 20 years, he has assisted governments such as: Cambodia, Ghana, Tanzania and Nigeria in improving their tariff collections through FTS programs.

FALCON’S CEO; represent in the UK, Egypt; Africa and Middle East Region; Eng. Ahmed Ali has Wide Experience in the field of Liquid Hydrocarbons and their derivatives; Oil and Gas EPCC-Projects. His experience dates back more than 25 years in the sector and his relationship has allowed Falcon Petro Investment International-Bolivia to achieve credibility and trust in its operations in the international sphere. As CEO and partner of FALCON PETRO & INVESTMENT INTERNATIONAL-Bolivia, his support has been substantial due to his expertise in the field of commercialization of Liquid hydrocarbons, Gas Derivatives, Petrochemicals and Fertilizers. In addition to the EPCM, which has allowed the company to have had sustained development in this regard to date.
Dr. FARID ABU JOKH
Financial Manager
Dr. Farid is an Advisory Board and Group Chief Financial Officer overseeing the overall financial performance of FALCON and all its subsidiaries and all its subsequent businesses.
EXPERIENCE:
Farid has more than 23 years of experience in multi-faceted sectors and multi industries mainly in Media business (Visioneers Holding Limited and its subsidiaries: New Media Academy, Nas Daily UAE, Msdar News), online and offline retail business (noon, Carrefour, Citrus TV, Marka VIP etc…), Multinational Conglomerates (3M Company) and food manufacturing companies (Del Monte Foods, Conserves Modern Chtoura, Chtoura Garden, etc…).
Throughout his career, Farid has handled many different roles within Finance and Corporate Audit functions including Investor Relations and CFO responsibilities, Financial Planning and Analysis, Strategy Development, Treasury Management, Investor and Joint Ventures Relations, Management Reporting, Accounting Operations and Corporate Audit and Internal Controls function.D

Edwin Mario Rodriguez Espejo, born in Potosí, Bolivia, in 1970, is a prominent Bolivian professional and politician with extensive academic qualifications, including bachelor’s degrees in Agricultural Engineering and Law, as well as a master’s degree in Agricultural Production. Throughout his career, he has held influential roles such as National Deputy, National Senator, and Departmental Assembly Member, standing out for his leadership in the Senate’s Land and Territory Committee and authorship of significant laws. Currently, he is dedicated to private-sector activities as a mining entrepreneur and development project consultant, while his versatility includes proficiency in Quechua, Aymara, and English, in addition to Spanish.

Legal Manager
Bolivian, born in La Paz on May 23, 1949, married, Bachelor of Law and Political Science, with specialization in Tax Law, Customs Law, and Criminal Procedural Law; recognized for prestige in institutionalization processes and managerial capacity. Also, has extensive experience and prestige at the national and international levels in handling judicial proceedings in civil, commercial, tax, and administrative matters, as well as in conducting consultations in various areas of corporate law and international trade for national and international entities.
